Exchange & Return Policy
At BEST LUXURY, your satisfaction is our priority. Below, we detail the conditions for managing exchanges and returns in an efficient and transparent manner.
1. Eligible Items for Exchange or Return
For hygiene and health protection reasons, only items from the following categories are eligible for exchange and/or return:
- T-Shirts
- Hoodies & Sweatshirts
- Dresses
Exclusions: We do not accept exchanges or returns for tights, socks, stockings, leggings, face masks, bikinis, swimsuits, or underwear, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects.
2. Acceptance Requirements
To process any request, the product must strictly comply with:
- Timeframe: Maximum of 14 calendar days after receipt of the order.
- Condition: The item must be unused, clean, unwashed, and with the original seal intact.
- Packaging: It must be returned in its original packaging and properly packed.

For Exchanges
Free within mainland Spain. We will arrange a courier for a "hand-to-hand" exchange: hand over the sealed package upon receiving the new one.
For Returns
Free within mainland Spain. After verifying the intact condition of the product, we will refund the amount within a maximum period of 14 days.
4. Claims
It is essential to verify the status of the order upon receipt. If you detect damage or missing items, you must reject the delivery and inform the carrier. For any claim, the order number or invoice will be required.
